Botox Surgery

Botox, short for Botulinum toxin, is a neurotoxic protein used in cosmetic procedures to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. It works by temporarily paralyzing facial muscles, preventing them from contracting and causing wrinkles. Botox injections are commonly used to treat forehead lines, frown lines, and crow's feet around the eyes. The procedure is minimally invasive and typically performed in a dermatologist or plastic surgeon's office. Results usually last for several months before requiring touch-up injections. Botox can also be used for medical purposes, such as treating migraines, excessive sweating, and muscle spasms.
